What exactly is the process?

Once you purchase your Room Refresh, I’ll contact you within 24 hours with a design questionnaire and all the details you’ll need to get started. You’ll then send photos and measurements of your space, and I’ll create a custom design plan — complete with furnishings, color palette, and styling direction — all delivered digitally so you can bring the design to life on your own schedule.

What if I don’t love the design?
That’s completely understandable — your home should feel like you! Every Virtual Room Refresh includes one round of revisions, so we can fine-tune the design together. My goal is to ensure you feel excited and confident about every choice before you move forward.

I love mixing high and low to create a beautiful, balanced design. For Virtual Room Refreshes, I often source from trusted, budget-friendly retailers like Wayfair, Joss & Main, Target, Pottery Barn, and Crate & Barrel, along with a few specialty vendors when the project calls for something unique. Every piece is carefully chosen to fit your style, quality preferences, and budget.

How long does the Virtual Room Refresh process take?
Most Virtual Room Refresh projects are completed within 2–3 weeks from the time I receive your photos, measurements, and questionnaire. The timeline can vary slightly depending on the scope of your space and how quickly feedback is provided, but my goal is always to keep the process smooth and efficient so you can start enjoying your refreshed room as soon as possible.
